Ask every customer how it went, show what they say and reply well.

A review request goes out after each order, genuine reviews appear on your website with star ratings Google can read, surveys tell you what to improve, and the AI drafts a reply for you to check and send.

Illustration of the product, with sample data.

Happy customers rarely leave reviews on their own.

  • Nobody asks

Most businesses forget to ask, so reviews come mostly from people with complaints.

  • Feedback is lost

Comments in emails and messages never reach the people who could act on them.

  • Reviews stay hidden

Good feedback sits in an inbox instead of on your product pages and in search results.

How it works

  1. Tell it about each order

Send orders from your shop or app through the API or a signed webhook. Each order gets one email after the delay you choose, and at most one reminder.

  2. Customers review from their own link

A rating, a comment and an optional photo. Reviews from the order link are marked verified purchase.

  3. Show and answer them

Add the widget to any page, and reply in your business name with an AI draft to start from.

What it does

Review requests after each order
One email per order after your chosen delay, with at most one reminder and an unsubscribe link in every email.
Review widget for any website
One line of code shows reviews for a product, or just the stars and count, and adds the rating markup Google reads.
Surveys
NPS, satisfaction or your own questions, sent from any system after a chat, a delivery or a booking.
AI drafted replies
Reply in your business name. The AI can draft the reply, and a person always edits and sends it.
Fair publishing
Every genuine review is published, good or bad. A review can be held back only for a stated reason, such as spam or personal details, never for its rating.
Verified purchase labels
Only reviews from the order's own link are marked verified. Incentivised reviews are labelled with your wording.
Reviewers own their words
Only the reviewer can change a review, through their own edit link.
Photos without location data
Review photos are re encoded with camera data, including GPS, removed.
Webhooks, JSON and CRM
Signed webhooks for new, published and replied reviews and completed surveys, a public JSON feed, and each review on the customer timeline in Cygnoverse CRM.

Reputation Management questions

Can I hide negative reviews?

No. UK consumer law treats hiding genuine negative reviews as misleading, so every genuine review is published. You can hold back a review only for a stated reason, such as spam, offensive content, personal details, being off topic or not being genuine.

Can I offer an incentive for reviews?

If you do, it must not depend on the review being positive, and it should be disclosed. Incentivised reviews are labelled with your wording. Check the CMA guidance on fake reviews.

Will my star rating show in Google?

The widget adds the rating markup Google reads. Google decides whether to show stars in its results.

Does the AI reply on its own?

No. The AI only drafts. A person edits and sends every reply.
