About these terms

These terms are between you and Cygnoverse Ltd (company number 16560846, registered in England and Wales), registered office 70 Wembley Hill Road, Wembley, HA9 8EA. They apply when you create a Cygnoverse account or use any Cygnoverse product. Cygnoverse is for businesses and professionals. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account

Keep your login details safe and turn on two factor authentication. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the people you invite to it.

Prices, packages and AI credit

• All prices are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars, including to customers in the UK.
• The AI Sales Agent is free forever, with no monthly fee and no service charge. New accounts receive US$5 of free AI credit to try it, once per business under our fair use and abuse rules. Free credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded.
• AI use is paid from prepaid AI credit. Each AI reply costs between US$0.05 to US$0.10, charged by what the reply uses, and AI Chatbot and AI Sales Agent replies both fall in that range. Images, voice notes, product preparation, document uploads, test messages and the staff AI assistant are charged as small itemised lines, shown in your account. Typed staff replies are free.
• AI credit does not expire. AI replies stop just before your credit reaches zero and start again when you top up.
• Packages are billed monthly in advance: Starter US$80, Unlimited US$295 and Agency Pro US$499 per month, each with a 7 day free trial. Any single product other than the AI Sales Agent is US$20 per month. AI credit is separate from every package and single product.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before increasing a price.

Your content and your customers

You own the content you add. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use it, for the accuracy of your product and policy information, and for meeting the law when you sell to and contact your customers, including consumer law, UK GDPR and PECR.

AI replies

The AI answers from the content you provide, but AI can make mistakes. Check your settings and guardrails, review conversations and step in where needed. You are responsible for offers, prices and commitments made to your customers through your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cygnoverse for anything unlawful, to send spam, to mislead people, to publish fake reviews, or to collect data without a lawful basis. Follow the rules of connected platforms such as Meta, Stripe and Twilio. We may suspend accounts that put others at risk.

Coming soon features

Features marked coming soon are not yet available, and we do not promise when or whether they will launch.

Our responsibility to you

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously breach these terms. You can export your data before closing.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
